Colour is applied by hand using a combination of fine glass powder and granules, creating layered tones and fluid transitions within Ansa’s two coloured grips. Rather than forming a perfectly uniform pattern, the process allows the colour to move naturally through each element. Each Ansa is hand-formed and individually finished. Subtle variations in the shape and alignment of the grips, colour distribution, transparency, texture and small traces of the making process make every object unique.
